The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.

Jennifer Whiteside, ALC, NCC

Under the supervision of Amy Moor LPC-S

Hello! I’m Jennifer, a 41-year-old mental health counselor, wife, and mother of two, originally from the beautiful West Coast. With over 40 years of life experience, including the ups and downs of marriage, parenting, and navigating cultural shifts and changes, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my work.

I’m passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges by embracing their unique stories and using past experiences as stepping stones for growth and transformation. I believe in providing inclusive and compassionate care, meeting each client where they are, and creating a safe space for self-discovery, growth, and healing.

When I’m not counseling, you’ll often find me outdoors camping, hiking, or kayaking, and in spaces where I feel most connected to nature. I also love to garden, cook, and paint. I am an avid reader and traveler, always eager to explore new cultures and cuisines.

Through my personal and professional journey, I’ve come to understand the incredible strength and resilience within all of us. I’m committed to guiding and supporting my clients as they uncover their paths to healing and endeavor to become the best versions of themselves.
